Refund Policy

At Text Craft, our products are digital templates delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final. This policy explains the limited circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Once a download link has been issued, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally bought the same product more than once, contact us within 7 days and we’ll verify and refund the duplicate.
• Technical Access Issues: If you cannot access your files and our support team cannot resolve it, we may issue a refund.
• Send requests within 7 days of purchase to support@textcraft.online.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
